Meet Dotty

A capable colleague, not a clever stranger.

Dotty is the face of every AI solution we design. Each one is built for one company, one set of records, one job.

Three jobs, on your records

1

It answers

Questions about your own work, answered from your own records, with the records attached. If the answer is not in the data, Dotty says so instead of inventing something that sounds right.

2

It automates

The repetitive decisions that eat a working day: sorting, drafting, classifying, routing, filling in what can be worked out. The steps a person does the same way every time.

3

It checks

Every new entry against what is already recorded: values that do not fit, fields left empty, results that contradict last week's. Quiet quality control, so the data underneath stays worth trusting.

Credible is not the same as true

An AI you can check.

The problem with AI is not that it fails. It is that it fails convincingly: a confident, well-written, wrong answer costs more than no answer at all.

So Dotty is built to be checked. Every answer points back to the records it came from, and when the data does not support an answer, saying so is the right behaviour, not a failure.

Many Dottys, one face

Same face, different work.

Every Dotty is built for one company and one job. The face stays the same, so you always know who you are talking to.

Dotty for purchasing
Dotty for quality control
Dotty for customer files

What a Dotty can be

Answering questions across records nobody has time to read

Reading incoming documents and filing what matters in the right place

Watching for the thing that should not have happened, and saying so early

Drafting the report you write every month from the same six places

If you can describe the job, we can probably build it. Bring the awkward one.

Where Dotty lives

Best on clean, connected data.

Dotty works best on our software, where the records are already clean and linked to each other. It can also be built on the systems you already run: we will tell you honestly whether your data is ready for it.

How we build the software

Show us how you work. We'll tell you where to start.

An hour together on how things run today. You leave with an honest view of what we would do first, and whether you need us at all.

  1. 01Write or call us.
  2. 02One hour on how your work runs today.
  3. 03An honest answer: what we would do first, how long it takes, and what it needs.
