Process mapping
We start by watching you work.
We spend the first weeks with the people who run the process, not with the people who describe it in meetings. We follow the work from end to end and write down what we see: every handover, every duplicate entry, every step that survives only because someone remembers it.
Then we simplify it. A process that is about to be built into software has to be lean first, or the software only makes the waste permanent.
What you get
A clear map of how the work really runs, made with the people who do it.
The points where information gets lost, duplicated or made up.
A simpler version of the same process, ready to be supported by software.
An honest recommendation: build, buy, or leave it as it is.
Usually two to four weeks. Some clients take the map and fix things themselves. That is a good outcome too.

Custom software
Built around your process, not the other way round.
Off-the-shelf software asks you to change how you work so the product makes sense. We build the system around the process we have just mapped, so the people using it recognise their own work in it.
Information goes in once, checked as it is entered, and it stays yours: your data, kept where you decide.
Connecting the dots
A record on its own says little. Its value is in what it is linked to: what it was made from, who worked on it, what happened next. We make those links part of writing the record, so every piece of information knows what it belongs to. The same links are what let Dotty answer properly instead of guessing.
